Sasha M oversees Artist Services at Oxygen, working closely with our roster to support every stage of their creative and professional journey. She brings a calm, attentive presence and a sharp sense for detail, making sure artists feel understood, supported, and equipped to do their best work.
Her strength lies in communication. Sasha listens deeply, translates needs into clear action, and builds a smooth workflow between artists, producers, managers, and the creative team. Whether coordinating releases, guiding project timelines, or helping talent navigate the challenges of a fast-moving industry, she is the steady point of contact artists rely on.

Tyche Zayn— Lead, Content Production
Tyche heads Oxygen’s content production division with a focus on consistency, storytelling, and visual cohesion across all platforms. With an instinctive eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, he transforms creative concepts into polished content that fits the identity of each artist and project.
Known for his calm presence and steady leadership, Tyche bridges the gap between creative vision and practical execution. He oversees production schedules, guides visual direction, and works closely with artists, directors, and the editing team to ensure every output meets Oxygen’s standards.
As part of Oxygen’s 2025 Reimagine initiative, Tyche leads the content department within The Park and oversees our Southeast Asia content team, shaping the region’s creative workflow and driving the next generation of Oxygen’s visual output.
Ari Nova — Head, The Park Studios (Mixing & Mastering Engineer)
Ari Nova leads The Park Studios, Oxygen’s new hub for mixing, mastering, and cloud-based production. With a calm, confident approach and a finely tuned ear, she ensures every project leaving the studio meets a consistent standard of clarity, depth, and emotional intention.
Her work blends strong technical fundamentals with a modern sense of space and balance. Whether shaping dynamics, refining tone, or guiding artists through the final stages of production, Ari brings precision and a steady, thoughtful presence to every session.
The Park Studios represents a new direction for Oxygen—flexible, collaborative, and built around quality. Under Ari’s leadership, the studio serves as both a creative home and a reliable finishing ground for our releases.
Nono Chen — Head of Production, The Park (Greater China)
Nono Chen brings an international creative pedigree shaped by years of training and professional experience in the United States. A graduate of Berklee College of Music and New York University, she refined her craft in contemporary writing, production, film scoring, and cross-cultural musical storytelling.
During her years in New York, Nono worked actively as a singer-songwriter, producer, and media composer, collaborating with musicians, filmmakers, and creative studios across the city’s diverse artistic community. Her time there strengthened her versatility — from composing and arranging to hands-on production and studio leadership — and built the foundation for her modern, globally influenced creative approach.
In 2025, Nono joined Oxygen’s production division and now serves as Head of Production for The Park in Greater China, overseeing studio operations, cloud-production workflows, and the growing China production team. She leads with calm precision, guiding artists and producers through a structured, intuitive workflow that maintains both emotional depth and technical clarity.
Nono’s unique blend of international education, New York experience, and deep musical sensitivity allows her to bridge artistry and production seamlessly. She plays a key role in Oxygen’s Reimagine initiative, helping elevate The Park into a cross-border production hub connecting Beijing, Shanghai, and the wider Asia network.
Jing Qi Hao - Head, Finance & HR admin
Jingqi Hao brings extensive financial leadership experience from her previous role as a financial director at a renowned media company. With strong hands-on expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational management, she is deeply familiar with the media, internet, and traditional sectors.
Her analytical thinking is precise and highly structured, supported by a strong sense of discipline and consistency. Beyond finance and HR administration, Jingqi also oversees investment relations and asset management, ensuring Oxygen maintains healthy financial partnerships, sustainable growth strategies, and responsible allocation of resources.
Known for her high work enthusiasm, resilience, and exceptional adversity quotient (AQ), Jingqi plays a crucial role in stabilizing Oxygen’s long-term development and supporting its expansion during the Reimagine initiative.
Germaine Xu — Social Media Executive
Germaine Xu leads Oxygen’s day-to-day social media presence with a blend of creativity, strategy, and instinctive understanding of what resonates with audiences. With a warm, approachable energy and a strong visual sense, she shapes the online voice of our artists and the label across all major platforms.
Her work focuses on crafting engaging content, maintaining consistent brand tone, and identifying real-time moments that elevate visibility. Germaine collaborates closely with the content, artist services, and production teams to ensure every post, clip, and campaign reflects both the artist’s identity and Oxygen’s evolving creative direction.
Known for her quick thinking, attention to detail, and ability to stay ahead of online trends, Germaine plays a key role in building fan relationships and strengthening our digital footprint. She is part of the new era of Oxygen—creative, data-aware, and always tuned in to the culture.
Tré Ace - A&R (Urban)
Whether penning for R&B crooners or blessing a hot hip hop track, Tré Ace’s lyrics wreak versatility, genuine aptitude, and the flair that is essential to his signature sound. He writes music that is timely that appeals to all perspectives.
